Getting Started
Creating an Account
Creating an account allows you to track your repairs, manage bookings, view order history, and access invoices. To create an account:
- Click "Create Account" on the homepage
- Enter your name, email, and password
- Verify your email address via the link sent to your inbox
- Log in to access your customer portal
Placing an Order
To purchase products from our store:
- Browse our products catalogue
- Add items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Enter your shipping details
- Complete payment via Paystack or PayPal
Repair Services
How to Book a Repair
We offer three convenient ways to get your device repaired:
- Mail-in Service: Send your device to us for repair
- Callout Service: We come to your location
- Drop-off: Bring your device to our workshop
Book through our booking page or contact us directly.
Repair Warranty
All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. This covers the specific repair performed but does not cover:
- New physical damage
- Water damage after repair
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Unauthorised modifications
Data Backup
Important: We recommend backing up your data before submitting your device for repair. While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for data loss during repairs. We offer data backup services for an additional fee if needed.
Orders & Payments
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Paystack: Credit/debit cards, EFT, and mobile money (South Africa)
- PayPal: International payments via credit/debit cards or PayPal balance
- Cash: For in-person transactions
Order Tracking
Track your orders through your customer portal. You'll receive email updates when your order status changes, including:
- Payment confirmation
- Processing updates
- Shipping notification
- Delivery confirmation
Returns & Refunds
Physical products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition. Please see our returns policy for full details. Digital products and services are non-refundable once delivered.
Technical Support
Software Downloads
If you've purchased software from us, you can download it from your downloads page in the customer portal. License keys are delivered via email after purchase.
Remote Support
For software-related issues, we may offer remote support sessions. Contact us to schedule a remote support appointment.
